Nicolas holds a technical Diploma in Automotive Engineering, a Bachelor of Arts in Customer Relationship Management from University Claude Bernard, Lyon – France. Certified Ken Blanchard Trainer & Co-Active Coach in the making (June 2023) and certified fitness Personal Trainer level 3.
Nicolas started his automotive career as an apprentice and, upon completion of the program, took the opportunity to work in Lebanon for 1.5 year as Technical Director and Instructor at Al Kafaat University.
Coming back to France, Nicolas moved to the service reception as Service Advisor for Peugeot and then Mercedes Benz. Nicolas then took over the challenge to become Sales Manager for a newly opened SONY boutique, for 2 years.
Nicolas then had the opportunity to move to the United Arab Emirates and took over the responsibility of Service Manager for Renault at Arabian Automobiles, for 3 years.
During the next 2 years, Nicolas joined Renault Middle East office as Fleet & Motorsport Manager.
Nicolas then joined CTI (Centennial Training International) in 2010, initially as Business Development Manager and then as its General Manager, still delivering sales, product, non-technical and managerial automotive trainings.

Nicolas developed and set-up several major training academies and projects throughout MEA for partners like: General Motors ME, Renault ME, Nissan ME, INFINITI ME, JLR MENA, Stellantis ME, British Petroleum ME, AWRostamani…
Since 2017, Nicolas is the founder and owner of Aetos Mati FZE, a training company supporting automotive training academies and projects.
