As a Management Consultant with ROADMAP Business Consultants in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, Mohamed has leveraged his extensive HR Management experience and international exposure to deliver exceptional results for clients across various industries. In this role, he has successfully managed consulting projects for clients in the region, including petrochemicals, retail, FMCG, construction, distribution, real estate, and manufacturing sectors. Mohamed’s expertise in HR Management has enabled him to provide valuable insights and strategic guidance to these organizations, contributing to their growth and success.
One of Mohamed’s notable achievements includes serving as an Organization Development implementation Consultant for a major petrochemical corporation client in Saudi Arabia. He played a crucial role in the successful execution of the project, implementing effective strategies and initiatives to enhance the organization’s performance and drive positive change.

Mohamed has also been actively involved in conducting Assessment Centers across the region, utilizing his technical capabilities to assess and evaluate candidates. As a result of his expertise, he has earned certifications as a Certified Professional Behaviors & Driving Forces Analyst (CPBA) and (CPDFA) from TTI Success Insights, USA.
Mohamed’s experience extends beyond HR Management, as he has also been recognized as a pre-opening team member for prestigious five-star hotels, including Intercontinental Egypt, Four Seasons Qatar, and Fairmont Egypt. In these roles, he played a key part in establishing the HR framework, recruiting and selecting top talent, and ensuring smooth operations during the hotel’s pre-opening phase.
Furthermore, Mohamed has administered benefits schemes for over 500 employees during his employment with Four Seasons Qatar, managing the entire benefits program and ensuring employee satisfaction and compliance. As an RACPRO (Recruitment Competency-Based System) Administrator, Mohamed managed the recruitment process for over 11,000 candidates, overseeing all sourcing activities and implementing effective selection methods.
